Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products, we understand that there are times when variable conditions such as weather, placement, air quality, watering, and general care may impact their freshness. Therefore, please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or delivery. We will give thoughtful consideration to requests for a refresh, and in many cases, we will happily replace your Red Square Flowers product. We apply 20% fee on returned or canceled items that already custom created.
